This is a page devoted to THE COLLABORATION of health professionals in the Northern Suburbs of the Twin Cities area.   TLC was formed with the goal of reaching those professionals who are involved in servicing the health needs of clients seeking wellness.  The group offers confidential support, referral exchanges, encouragement, educational opportunities and serve one another's personal and professional needs.
